In this Zoom workshop, we will do a deep dive into emotions. Key questions covered will be:
What is the function of different emotions? That is, what do our emotions communicate to us?
How can we increase our ability to accurately identify and express our emotions? Why is this important?
Different emotions call for different “tools” to assist us to ground, regulate, and thrive. What are some of these therapy tools and techniques, and how might we practice them?
